If you have obtained a Quebec education and/or work experience and you have already settled into the society of the province, there are two ways an applicant can apply for this program; Temporary Foreign Workers or Quebec International Graduates.

Applicant Requirements For Temporary Foreign Workers

You must be currently employed, and you have held a skilled job in Quebec for at least 12 of the last 24 months. Also, you must have a knowledge of spoken French. Comparing Programs

Unlike the Skilled Worker or Provincial Nominee programs, and similar to Canadian Experience Class, the Quebec Experience Program does not use a points system. The requirements are based on a pass or fail model. If the minimum requirements are met, the applicant would be eligible and is entitled to receive the Quebec Selection Certificate.

Like for other Canadian programs, applicants and their dependents must also undergo medical examinations and security clearances as part of the Canadian immigration application process.
