Citizenship-By-Investment

The Acquisition Grounds

The four main grounds for acquiring citizenship are birth within a country, descent from a citizen parent, marriage to a citizen, and naturalization. The conditions under which naturalization is granted vary but in general, family relationships or years of residence are usually essential. Also, countries commonly require financial and other requirements. We are currently offering four countries which provide citizenship-by-investment programs for high net worth individuals as a direct way to citizenship based on investment; Antigua and Barbuda, Cyprus, Malta, and St. Kitts and Nevis.

Citizenship-by-Investment programs are a direct solution and grant you the opportunity to legally acquire a second citizenship quickly without the need to reside much in these countries and therefore does not cause any disruptions to your life and business.

We also offer programs in other countries that leads to citizenship following a reasonable period of residence, such as Belgium, Canada, Portugal, Spain, the UK and the USA.

The Grant of Citizenship

Most countries have provisions that allow their Government to grant citizenship in return for major contributions to society, culture, the economy, and other interests of the State. However, this discretion of the Government is exercised extremely rarely.
Several countries had programs in place at different times in the past but do not have these programs anymore. They were specifically designed to attract foreign investors in return for citizenship at a certain point of time. For example Ireland until 2001, Belize until 2002, Grenada terminated 2001 but reopened recently in 2014, Cape Verde, Seychelles, Slovakia, and a couple more.

The Immigration Options

With Citizenship-by-Investment programs, you have the opportunity to legally acquire another nationality and a second passport quickly and simply, without the need to move to these countries.

Cyprus, Antigua and Barbuda, Malta, and St. Kitts and Nevis are the Citizenship-by-Investment programs which we judged sufficiently transparent in law and processes, and having sufficient reputation to be considered the top tier of Citizenship-by-Investment programs. Belgium, although a very expensive and somewhat complicated option, can be very attractive for an investor who intends to invest in the country in a significant way in business assets or venture capital.

We have studied all current programs and constantly monitor new developments.
The objective of such programs is to enhance a country’s attractiveness to international entrepreneurs and investors and to create more favorable conditions for foreign direct investments.
